In January 2006, the Group Club Indigo” regain the lands and all installations of 'Magic Haiti' (ex. Club Mediterranée), so as to renovate them and turn them into a world-class integrated leisure hotel and resort compound aimed at a local and international fair trade-ecotourism.
• Phase 1 : Renovation of hotel and leisure areas, construction of 91 condominiums which will be offered for sale on plans.
• Phase 2 : Construction of an interior marina “Port Indigo½ and of luxury villas.
• Phase 3 : development of an international golf “Golf Indigo” and luxury villas on the golf.
Moreover and in order to conceive and support social and community development projects in the region, and so as to devise and support community and social projects toward developing the region, the “Fondation Indigo pour le Développement Durable de la Côte des Arcadins” (Indigo foundation for a sustainable development of “Côte des Arcadins”) (FIDDCA) has been registered and will be financed in part by a significant percentage of the billing to clientele.
