Development, construction and sale of condominiums:
By the end of 2007 beginning of 2008, 12 ex. Club Med type rooms of the northern section will be converted into 6 luxury pilot rooms / suites “condominiums”, intended for promotional sale on plans.
Thereafter the remainder of the northern section buildings will be renovated, arranged and enlarged so as to convert them into 1, 2 or 3 condominium rooms.
These modifications are planned on the basis of remodeling two ex. Club Med type rooms of + / - 25 m2 each into a single large room of 50 to 60 m2, with the addition of terraces on the sea side.
